Thank you for shopping with @sweetslab – For any reason you are unhappy with your product (which I doubt you will be) please follow our returns and exchanges policy.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it, please ensure that it is in the original packaging along with the invoice that we sent to you.
For any reason it does not meet this policy, we retain the rights to not accept the return.
Following the same steps as above in the ‘Returns Policy’, please state which products you would like to have exchanged. We will then contact you if the costs need to be deducted and we will refund you the difference or will contact you for an additional payment. Please note that we will not process any exchange orders unless it meets our ‘Returns Policy’.
How to Exchange / Refund your products in 3 easy steps
Within 24 hours you will have a response from a member of our team.
Instructions to sending the package back will be sent.
Once your package is received we will deal with this accordingly and an exchange / refund will be processed.
Exchange items will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Please note refunds are only given for reasons such as unsatisfactory products and not change of mind.
Refunds can only be given back to the same method of payment you used first used to purchase.
Bank refunds will take up to 5 working days to show up on your bank statement. This should not affect your satisfactory rights.
At The Sweet Lab, all of our products and sweets are handled a prepared with care. We cannot however guarantee our products are suitable for people with allergies due to a high risk of cross contamination from the manufactures.
